I am proof that the American Dream is alive and well. I have the classic immigrant story, landing in this country (in the greatest city on earth, NYC) without knowing a lick of English and working my way up. I worked at a gas station at age 10, cleaning car windows for 25 cents a car, delivering newspapers, and spent my formative years working at McDonald's. I put myself through school at night and earned my Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Finance. During my free time, I taught myself mechanics (motorcycles and cars), music (mixing, DJing, and producing my own tracks), and how to build computers from scratch.

Putting my degree to work and utilizing my customer service skills, I have had the privilege of working in a variety of fields and organizations, ranging from copy editing to customer service to team management, and even in support of education. Whether leading teams, managing properties, or doing collections, all my roles had two things in common; they required extraordinary attention to detail and client relations. As a regional property manager, I was in charge of 45 buildings and 40 staff members; my job was a 24/7 operation. I was a mentor, referee, front desk receptionist, and maintenance tech. I provided emotional support to all the people I managed, in addition to the very demanding and often disgruntled tenants.

Somewhere along the way, I met a fantastic person who makes me happy and has always supported and believed in me and everything I wanted to do. She hopped on the back of my motorcycle for our first date, and the rest is history. Together we traveled to the tops of volcanoes and deep into the caverns of the earth until we finally settled down in Florida. When making the big move, I spent an immense amount of time learning about all the different areas of Florida. When we finally moved down here, it felt only natural to put my research to work; that is how I became a real estate agent.
